About Synerva Energy
Synerva Energy Private Limited is an Indian company that runs a biogas plant. We turn cattle dung, Napier grass, poultry litter and crop residue into Compressed Biogas for industry and vehicles, and into organic manure for farms.
We are a new company, so we have no big numbers to show you yet. Instead, this page answers the questions buyers usually ask a new supplier.

1What do you make, and from what?
Four kinds of farm feedstock go into one plant. Three products come out, and nothing leaves as waste.
What goes in
- Cattle dungFrom dairies and gaushalas
- Napier grassA fast-growing fodder grass
- Poultry litterFrom poultry farms
- Crop residue and food wasteStraw, crop stubble and mandi waste
Anaerobic digestion
Sealed digesters turn the waste into biogas and digested slurry. Question 2 below walks through each stage.

2How does your plant work?
Our plant in India works in five stages. Each one shapes the quality of what you receive.
Feedstock arrives
Dung, Napier grass, poultry litter and crop residue come in from farms and dairies.
Mixed and fed
The materials are blended and fed into sealed digesters.
Digestion
Without air, natural bacteria break the waste down and release raw biogas.
Gas becomes CBG
The biogas is cleaned of impurities and compressed into high-pressure cascades.
Slurry becomes manure
What remains is separated into solid FOM and liquid LFOM for farms.
3What can I count on?
These are the commitments we make to every buyer, whether you order a small bag or a monthly gas supply.

Consistent quality
We control what goes into the digesters and how the plant runs, so each batch of gas and manure stays consistent from one order to the next.
Reliable supply
Our plant is running today and draws on four kinds of feedstock, so supply does not depend on one season or one source.
Honest specifications
We show the official standard limits for each product, labelled as the standard, never as our own test results. Ask us for the product specification sheet with any quote.
A site check before CBG supply
Before gas supply starts, we check your burners, gas line and a safe, truck-accessible spot for the cascade.
A person to talk to
Every enquiry gets a phone call back from our team, so you can ask questions before you commit to anything.

4Why does this work matter?
Farm waste is often dumped or burnt. We would rather it fuel a factory and feed a field.
- Waste that would rot in the open or be burnt becomes useful fuel and manure
- Factories and fleets can move away from fossil fuels with a renewable gas
- Organic carbon goes back into farm soil instead of being lost
- Dairies, mills and farms get a use for material they would otherwise have to dispose of
5How do I work with you?
